The very first business card we printed was for ourselves (well, one of us). We designed what we thought were some pretty awesome retro-looking business cards in red:
We put these cards up on our Etsy shop almost immediately, but for some reason beyond our comprehension they have not been very popular. Certainly not as popular as these decidedly more boring cards (for us, anyway):
Last week someone finally bought our awesome cards, but requested them in black. It was quite a challenge as the client’s name is Sinéad, and we had make a custom ´ accent, as we don’t have one in any of our fonts. Using a file and a spare capital V that we had lying around, we got the accent working and printed the cards. The result was surprisingly different to the red version:
